Maintenance Supervisor 1 - R.C. Ward Addiction Treatment Center
The Maintenance Supervisor 1 is responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of the various building systems, including:
heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical and sanitary systems. In addition, the incumbent is responsible for the oversight of routine maintenance of the building, including:
cleaning, routine repairs and snow removal. The Maintenance Supervisor 1 ensures safety of the building from fire, flood and other hazards, etc. The Maintenance Supervisor 1 provides supervision to various facility employees and contractors where appropriate; meets with host Psychiatric Center staff, contractors, engineers and consultants to insure conformance with project specifications and NYS contractual standards; prepare pertinent records and reports as required; performs other related duties as needed. Incumbent will be required to work overtime shifts periodically as needed.

Salary Range:
From $50241 to $60699 Annually
Minimum Qualification
One year of trade experience subsequent to the completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience such as that required for a Carpenter, Construction Equipment Mechanic, Electrician, Electronic Equipment Mechanic, General Mechanic, Grounds Construction Supervisor, Locksmith, Machinist, Mason and Plasterer, Motor Equipment Mechanic, Painter, Plumber and Steamfitter, Refrigeration Mechanic, Roofer and Tinsmith, or Welder.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
