LPN and RN
Sophie's Healthcare Services is looking for LPN and RN applicants to provide skilled nursing care to our clients. We provide service to clients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. Nurses must have good interpersonal skills, proficient in nursing skills, and have the ability to be compassionate and deliver quality care to those in need.
The nurse should have the ability to independently travel to a client's location and diligently provide for the client needs. The nurse should adhere to Sophie's Healthcare policy and procedures and established plan of care .
Nurse applicants must have the following qualifications and
Experience:
Current LPN/ RN NYS License
BLS certification
One year prior nursing experience preferred
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Valid driver's license and ability to independently travel is required.
Current physical
Current PPD results. If PPD positive must provide diagnostic date and current chest x-ray
Proof of residency
Social Security card
