Home Health Aide
Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide (No CNAs Please) needed for case located in Middletown, NY (orange County)
Qualifications for position include:
Must be a certified PCA or HHA in the state of NY
Must be able to able to travel to the office in Rockland County, NY (Nanuet, NY) to complete orientation and in-service
The following documents are required
Physical within the last year
PPD (within the last year)
Proof of MMR vaccinations
2 forms of ID (License, Social Security Card)
Hours for the position:
Saturday: 7a-1p
Sunday: 8a-6p
M-F- Ranging 5-8hrs
