Training Coordinator - Banking
Temporary Position (through November) to support all training initiatives in the implementation and integration of new bank systems to enhance productivity and improve quality of work.

EXPERIENCE IN TRAINING AND BANKING NEEDED.
Some Banking experience needed- teller experience is fine. GREAT Communication Skills Ability to facilitate a class Ability to design Training Materials Computer Skills (Powerpoint)
Key Responsibilities
Provide support in coordinating, preparing and facilitating training sessions for new systems as appropriate for various business areas.
Develop training curriculum and material in partnership with content experts within the organization using adult learning methodology to create, develop and format training materials for a variety of delivery methods.
Support, assist and monitor train the trainer efforts.
Take part in unit testing and data validation.
Required Skills
Must possess time-management and organizational skills
Must possess effective written communication skills and excellent oral presentation skills.
Ability to present effectively to a group of departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook with the ability to learn new systems and software applications used for tracking and delivering training.
Must be accurate, detail-oriented, approachable, patient, and supportive.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
