We are seeking to hire several awesome Property Managers for LIHTC layered HUD program.
The ideal candidate will manage operations, leasing activity, financial reporting and communications for their assigned residential property.
You must have LIHTC experience to be considered.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Manage day-to-day operations Manage property maintenance with the assistance of the maintenance team Maintain and manage all financial responsibilities Manage and monitor rental collection Mentor and manage property staff Perform other duties as assigned or requested to support property operations All other duties as assigned EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
3-5 years HUD/LIHTC Experience.
Must have a strong working knowledge with LIHTC program to be able to hit the ground running! Strong communication and customer service skills Word and Excel experience a must Working knowledge of RealPage HUD and LIHTC certifications a plus! Minimum 2 years Job Type:
