4 Quick Apply Full-time 7 hours ago Full Job Description The assistant dining room manager is responsible for overseeing dining room staff, taking meal attendance of residents, maintaining all paperwork log books, assisting new residents with seating assignment, managing special diets and allergies with proper documentation, as well as assisting dining room manager with staff scheduling, observing and reporting on resident behavior, serving the residents their meals and beverages, working with other departments to maintain a clean, safe and efficient meal service.
This position requires a patient, compassionate and professional attitude with a desire to help people, as well as an understanding of delegation and maintaining quality standards.
As an assisted living facility, we are responsible for the care of others and maintaining a safe and enjoyable atmosphere.
As the assistant dinging room manager, your first responsibility will always be to the residents of the facility.
