POSITION
Summary:
Balchem is looking for a Senior Analyst to support the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis activities. This role will report directly to Balchem's Director of Finance and responsibilities will include coordinating the monthly financial forecasts, the annual budget process, analyzing financial results, and preparing a variety of supporting documents and presentations used by senior management. This role will work directly with all key stakeholders such as Segment and Functional Finance Leaders, including Balchem's Group CFO. This individual will have high energy and drive with an eye towards continuous improvement, leveraging technology and other solutions to automate and scale our processes to enable continued growth. The individual must possess excellent critical thinking skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and possess an attention to detail, while comprehending the bigger picture. Overall, this person will play a key role on the Finance team.
Essential Functions:
Support core processes regarding monthly forecast and results, quarterly earnings, annual budget, and strategic plan Recommend and drive finance related process improvements; provide input to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy of forecasting and reporting, as required Proactively lead thoughtful analysis regarding P&L, Balance Sheet, and key financial and business metrics Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and partners to drive comprehensive executive reporting Manage and conduct budget review meetings; present information to the executive committee; manage and maintain a centralized annual budget tool; research trends and variances to plan; and manage the general and administrative expenses of the company Perform routine and ad-hoc financial analysis utilizing financial modeling and business analysis techniques Conduct research as needed REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business discipline 5
years of directly related finance experience in progressively responsibility. WE VALUE:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Accounting, Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
